What Tayga Byte builds.

Internal systems and custom web applications come first. Business websites and SaaS platforms are built with the same care, at a different scale.

Primary

Internal systems and custom web applications

One system for the records, approvals and reporting your team currently juggles across spreadsheets and WhatsApp — with clear user access and a proper audit trail.

  • Workflow and approval systems
  • Operational dashboards
  • Authenticated portals
  • Role-based access
  • Reporting and exports
  • Integrations with existing tools
Secondary

Professional business websites

A clear, fast, maintainable website that presents your business properly, in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Landing pages for specific campaigns are part of this work.

SaaS and multi-tenant platforms

Product development for validated ideas that need tenant separation, user roles and production deployment. MyKhairatPro is Tayga Byte’s own product work in this space.

SaaS development

How a project runs.

Five steps, the same for every project.

  1. 01

    Initial discussion

You describe the current process and the problem it creates. If custom software is not the right answer, I will say so.

  2. 02

    Requirements and process review

I map how the work flows today — records, approvals, handovers — so the system fits the way your team actually works.

  3. 03

    Written scope and proposal

You receive a written proposal covering scope, price and timeline before any development begins.

  4. 04

    Development and review

The system is built in stages you can see and test on a real URL, with feedback along the way rather than only at the end.

  5. 05

    Deployment and handover

I handle deployment, then hand over source code, credentials and documentation. Post-launch fixes are covered for an agreed period.

The person you talk to is the person who builds it.

Mahathir Founder and Senior Software Engineer

There is no sales team or project layer in between. Requirements, design, development and deployment stay with one engineer, so questions get direct answers and nothing is lost in relay.

Experience behind the work

  • Close to 10 years in production software development.
  • Background in Java and backend systems, including payment-related systems and custom business applications.
  • Designed and built MyKhairatPro, a multi-tenant platform currently under product development and validation.

Ownership and handover

Source code
Lives in a repository on your account, not ours.
Infrastructure
Domain, hosting and DNS are set up under your account, so access stays with you.
Documentation
Deployment details and handover notes are written down, not kept in one person’s head.

How project pricing works.

Project cost depends on what needs to be built — the number of workflows, users, integrations and how complex the work is. You will receive a written proposal before development begins.

Work follows the agreed written scope. Major changes are quoted in writing before any extra work begins.

What affects the price

  • Number of workflows and modules
  • User roles and access
  • Integrations with other systems
  • Data migration from existing records
  • Reporting needs
  • Support after launch

Common questions.

The ones that come up most, answered directly.

What kind of projects does Tayga Byte take on?

Mostly internal systems and custom web applications for organisations replacing spreadsheets and manual processes. Business websites are a secondary service, and SaaS platforms are built for validated product ideas.

How is the price determined?

It depends on what needs to be built — workflows, user roles, integrations and reporting all affect the scope. You get a written proposal before development begins, and any major change is quoted in writing first.

Will I own the code and the domain?

Yes. Source code lives in a repository on your account, and the domain, hosting and infrastructure are registered under your name from day one.

What happens after launch?

Deployment, documentation and handover are part of the project, and post-launch fixes are covered for an agreed period. Ongoing support can be arranged separately if you need it.

Can you improve a system we already have?

Often, yes. If the existing system is worth keeping, I will recommend improving it rather than rebuilding it. That assessment happens in the first discussion.

Do you work in Bahasa Malaysia?

Yes. Discussions, documentation and the software itself can be in Bahasa Malaysia, English or both.

Tell me what your organisation needs to improve.

Describe how the work is done today, the problem it causes and who would use the system. I will review it and reply with a practical next step.

After you send this:

  1. 01 I review your enquiry personally.
  2. 02 If it looks like a fit, we schedule a short call.
  3. 03 You receive a written proposal with scope, price and timeline.

Best suited for organisations that need an internal system, custom web application or business website, with a decision-maker who can define requirements.

Helpful to have ready:

  • Your organisation or business type
  • The current process and the problem it creates
  • Who needs to use the system
  • Target timeline
  • Budget range, if you have one
